We understand circumstances change, but please give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This gives us the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another client. Cancellation outside of this time frame and no shows will be charged in full for the appointment time booked.
A patch test must be carried out 48 hours before your first colour service with us and every 6 months thereafter to ensure you don’t have a reaction to any of our colour products. This is also necessary if colour ingredients are changed and when new ranges are released.
We can not carry out any chemical services on anyone under the age of 16.
You will always receive an in depth consultation. Your Colourist will carry out any hair tests required prior to applying colour.
Our Colourists are experts with the highest training accolades and will guide you and recommend what is best for you and your hair. This occasionally means offering alternative options, if your ideal colour is not obtainable or could compromise condition.
We pride ourselves in giving you a luxury experience offering you advice and choice and we like to do this with out worrying about time. We will most likely be unable to carry out your service if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment. We want to deliver only the best and being short of time can really compromise this.
We love looking after your mini Muses and offer a discount for under 12's. This discount is based on a half an hour appointment. If your child has lots of thick hair or requires a restyle we will charge according to time.
Right to refuse
We have worked hard to create a relaxing and personal bespoke experience in our salon, if we feel the experience for others or our expertise is going to be compromised we reserve the right to refuse service.
We are all inclusive and welcome everyone in to our boutique salon.
We strive to create the best hair and salon experience. If in the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with the results of your service, please tell us so we can put it right. We will re-do your hair at no further cost to you. We have complete confidence in our ability to delight you.
If in the unlikely event you decide you don’t get on with products recommended by our experts, we will offer you an exchange for a replacement product recommended by your stylist within 7 days based on minimum use at home and that you have followed the correct usage instructions.
A refund will be offered with in 7 days of purchase prior to redeeming any services. Please note if you have booked a service we require at least 48 hours notice to cancel.
