We have a live 24/7 online booking system. You can use this to check availability and book appointments with us. 

We suggest if it’s your first time for colour with us, use the system to book a consultation first, this way we can make sure we have the correct amount of time with you. Or you can give us a call or pop in to the salon and one of our team can book your appointment for you. We are open Monday through Saturday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. We are closed on Sundays.

YES if you are new to Muse for colour or you haven’t seen us for 6 months you will require a patch test. You can pop in for this any time with in our opening hours, no need to book BUT it must be carried out NO LATER than 48hrs prior to your appointment. 

Yes we offer the worlds first sustainable hair extension brand Show Pony, offering tape extensions. Book a consultation to see if they can help you and get a colour match. 

You simply select the colour service you require first, followed by a cut&blowdry and any additional upgrades/treatments. 

That’s no problem, let us help you. Book a consultation and we can chat through your options and book the appropriate appointment for you in person. 

Yes we include a beautiful salon finish with all of our colour packages. 

This package includes a maintenance hair cut, if you require a restyle please book a cut&blowdry as well as the balayage package. 

 Yes we accept card payment. 

 Yes, you can purchase gift vouchers in salon for any amount you would like. 

Yes, we have a team of bridal stylists, we offer our boutique salon privately for your wedding party and we can also travel to you. You can see our wedding packages in the services and packages section of our website. 

The barber cut is for those looking for an extreme short style (short back and sides) and minimal drying and styling, this is a much shorter appointment time than the cut&blowdry.

The cut&blowdry is any style longer than the barber cut and includes a full blowdry and styling. 

We use premium products that align with our sustainable ethos, we are proud product partners with sustainable brand Davines for both our colouring system and hair care. We also work with Olaplex for our highlight, ultimate blonde and balayage packages.
